How do I get what I need?

To request a consultation by phone:

Call 1.888.738.5574. Friendly customer care representatives are available Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Eastern Time).

To request a consultation online:

1. Click any of the general conditions.
2. If you are taking a specific medication, click to identify the medication you think may help.
3. Log-in.
4. Provide details about your current conditions and symptoms, and complete the medical history form.
5. After completing the form and answering all questions, verify your contact information.
6. Click "Submit to Doctor"

Note:Whether by phone or online, the doctor will get back to you, usually within a few hours.

How much will I pay?

One single fee. A one-time doctor review of your history and condition(s) is included in the cost of any order written by the doctor and filled through our network. All medications provided are FDA approved, brand name or high quality generics, filled by US pharmacies at very competitive prices. The doctor and pharmacy services are included - we do it all for you for one affordable price!

Our network of doctors and pharmacies do their work in a secure portal that protects all health and credit information. Our systems are maintained securely in 24/7 monitored facilities and are protected with technologies to prevent unauthorized access. All credit card/debit card information is encrypted. We do not keep the credit card data on file after the transaction. All transactions are completed utilizing encryption and our order page is protected against Identity Theft by Security Metrics

General Payment Information

You will not be charged unless the doctor writes an order for you and you decide to fill that order. If/when you do, you will see the total price including shipping for whatever has been ordered. You may add non-prescription items too and if you do, you will see those charges clearly before checking out.

Note: Checks and money orders are sent to and processed by our bank. Once notification of the payment is received, your order is forwarded to the Pharmacy for approval. Money orders and paper check orders do take longer to allow time for US mail; please allow 7-10 business days.

Can I order even if I don’t have insurance?

Absolutely! We’re proud to make these services and health care products available for people who are uninsured and for those with some insurance who are responsible for high deductibles.

Can I use my insurance for a consultation and medication?

You can submit your receipt to your insurer for reimbursement – each insurer’s rules about this are different – check first.

Will you keep my credit card information on file for future orders?

No. To protect your identity, we have safeguards in our system to prevent credit card fraud. When you place your next order, you will need to provide payment information again because we keep no record of it. The small effort that requires of you is essential to avoiding fraud or theft. The highest level of security precautions are taken with all personal and credit card information submitted. Suspected fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported.

How much does it cost for an online consultation?

There is no up-front charge to you for our physicians to review your medical conditions and decide if we can help. At a time when millions of Americans need better access to care, we’re thrilled to be able to meet your health care needs quickly, safely, easily and affordably!

If the doctor writes an order, will I know what to do next?

Yes. You will receive an email telling you what to do next. No personal health information or other confidential information will ever be sent via email.
If the doctor writes a prescription, it will include directions on use, dosage, and any precautionary information. Contact information for the pharmacy will be included should you have questions after receiving your prescription.


How quickly can I expect delivery?

After you place an order and it is shipped, you will receive an email with your order’s USPS tracking number. With this tracking number you can follow the process by logging into My Account.
We are pleased to offer you delivery choices. When placing your order, please review the shipping options available to determine how quickly you would like your shipment and how much you would like to pay in shipping fees. The delivery times are estimates, not guarantees and are dependent on the ability of the shipping carrier to deliver, weather conditions, and other factors. We do our very best to work with them for your satisfaction.

What is the Return/Credit policy?

  • Credits are not given in situations where the product is not returned.
  • A $50 processing fee (for shipping & handling) is charged on orders that are returned to the shipper.
  • Please allow 3 business days for processing of credit requests.
  • If your credit request is approved and we are returning funds to a credit card, it will take 5 to 7 business days to return the funds to your account. An e-check refund will take 7 to 12 business days to return the funds to your account. A money order or paper check refund can take up to 2-3 weeks; a refund check is mailed to your shipping address.

Can I return products for a refund or exchange?

Non-prescription products can be returned and refunded if opened and in new condition. Federal law prohibits any prescription drugs from being returned or exchanged. However, if you return an unopened package to the pharmacy, we will refund 50% of product price. We cannot refund any opened packages. For more information, please contact us at 1-888-738-5574.
